Truck Cushion Technical Support

As with any product with the level of sophistication the Flow Cushion Seating Cushion has, problems can occur.  We ask you to follow the steps below before attempting to return your Truck Cushion.

1.  Please read the Owners Manual.  There is a lot of good information here that may solve your problem.

2.  If the Flow Cushion is not Operating please plug into a socket that you know is working (check with a light).  Look at the 3 lights next to the On (|) and Off (0) switch.  You may need to turn the Flow Cushion Off for three minutes if the red light is blinking FAST.  Follow the lighting code sheet below;

3.  Send us an Email at support@flowcushion.com and we will reply to you within 24 hours with a solutioin or with an authorization to return.

4.  You may contact our Technical Support Line at 1-866-376-1878. 
NOTE:  Your Truck Cushion must be covered under warranty and follow our warranty policy for it to be repaired without charge.
